I lost my entire key ring and was locked out of my house. Of course it was Friday close to 5pm.
The first place was closing soon, the second place came out & could not open it..saying the lock is too old, the lock tumblers are in upside down, there is too much dirt in the lock etc.
The third place was Brothers.. by then it was 7 but they would be right out! Ken was prompt and courteous...and BEST of all had the lock opened in about 5 minutes!! What a relief!

Tons of selection, especially for cichlids. Prices are always some of the best in the city. Love that they post their stock online since I live on the other side of the city and can check ahead to see what they have in.

I've used this business on a few occasions over the years found the people that work there be straight forward and honest as to what they feel is the problem your having and what needs to be done and what don't that's the nice part plus pretty reasonable I would recommend this company no problem.

Had Noris Heating and Cooling come out to install a new AC. They were great and did a nice job. clean up was done well . overall great experience.

I brought 3 different shoes in for repair on a Sunday. (yes, they are open on Sunday!) One was a sandal with broken strap, another was a leather bootie with a scrape in the toe and the third was a brand new leather bootie (never worn) that showed some flaking of the color on side. I was told he was very busy so it may be more than a week. I got a call in 3 days and I was very impressed with the work! He also repaired a tear in the bootie I forgot about and all 3 repairs cost only $21!

I love DIT&A, the people there are nice and I will always only go here for taxes. I once went to H&R block, and they told me I would get $600 back. My Mum encouraged me to see Mr. Steiman and instead I received $1300. Thanks for making my taxes worry free!

I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. I went to Canadian tire today to buy a tires and the costumer service was EXCELLENT!! the staff name Robert was friendly,helpful , and helped me with what I need, and I was very please with the service that I get. came outta store happy and it didn't take too much of my time. would like to see that happen more often in the future, keep up the excellent costumer service. and thank you Robert for all your help.
