In early January, I found myself needing a mover with only a couple of hours notice. A mover I had used in the past was not able to accommodate my last-minute request & recommended his colleague Guillaume Dagenais. I was fortunate that Guillaume had an opening. He & his crew were professional, kind, competent, fast & affordable, with emphasis on the affordable because I was really in a bind & in no position to negotiate. I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, their integrity and for going above and beyond
