On Sunday, June 15th, we were stuck with our camper on the ferry to Balfour. The parking brake was stuck. Balfour Towing came to pick us off. The man in question, Eric was his name, was very helpful and friendly. He has taken us from the ferry and brought us to a place where we could spend the night and he has ensured that we could continue the other day. This help was class.

Tom and patty were very helpful and great to deal with. They made sure things were lined up and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I would definitely buy another vehicle from am Ford.
