Today I awoke to find that I had a flat tire. After using a portable compressor to fill tire w/ air I went to the my local kal Tire store. I asked if they could repair my tire and ther repair was completed in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Natasha @ front desk and Balal who repaired my flat. Both were very courteous and efficient. I was also able to make a Dr. appoinment on time as well. All the staff @ the store @ 3314 32 ST. ne.and have always been great over the years that I have frequented their store Lire plus

When we purchased our Mazda the dealership told us there were "All Season" tires on the vehcile. As soon as the snow hit we found out very quickly that they were definitely not all seasons. When we started calling around we found out that they were infact a high performance Summer Tire - we definitely need winter tires - as we were sliding in less then an inch of snow. We had such a hard time finding snow tires for a Mazda - because it was a sports model - the rim size was not the average. This location was sooo helpful with tracking down what we needed and getting us in quickly. There was a huge snow storm last year - and we are sooo thankful that we went there and got those tires - I don't think we would have had an accident Free winter without them. Lire plus

Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away.
