I was invited to a free Hot Mama class and that day changed my life. Within this incredible community, I have exercised consistently for almost a year and am feeling human again. Ashley encourages, builds up, teaches, challenges, and tells you to "find your reason". AND your kids get out and moving too! It's awesome!

He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered. I have been meeting with Dr. Burns for the last 4 months and I have already been able to see a difference in my lower back. I used to have a hard time getting out of bed but now it's not bad at all. I would recommend this Chiro Clinic to anyone who needs some help here.
