Excellent quality repair. My carvwas booked in when the parts were in stock and painted and when i dropped it off, they had a rental there waiting for me. This location also services my vehicles for regular maintenance like oil changes and brakes and winter tire switch over. The mechanic is very friendly

Rui takes the time to explain things to you and as a woman gong to a mechanic, I appreciate that he does not talk down to me because I am not a "GUY". He tells you what needs to be done NOW, what can wait and other issues that he notices and how long you have before they become URGENT. Was rear ended in my 2016 mitsubishi lancer gts.Took it to car star in stoney creek.Car was ready before they said it would be. When i dropped it off the interior and exterior were very dirty. When i picked it up it was spotless they even cleaned the tires to get them as black as they were when it was new which proves they go the extra mile because washing the car is great but using a special product for tires is outstanding. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

So pleased with the work BK Custom Coating did on my Subaru; on-time, and at estimate! Fantastic! I think it was a terrific job and I’m hard pressed to find any of the original dents or paint touch ups.
And wow, ….. you even took the time to vacuum and clean the interior. That was so very greatly appreciated.
