iCare Home Health provided me much needed senior home care services for my dad who is now 81. Without the senior home care services my dad would not have been able to reside in his own home all alone. Their trained and skilled caregivers keep my dad in good state, by helping him Personal Support like bathing, grooming dressing, transferring, eating, walking and other activities & services. Thank you very much iCare Home Health for giving my dad quality home care service.

My mom has been at this nursing home for 5 years now it is a wonderful place friendly staff always willing to listen and communicate by phone or email They take really good care of my mom and treated her with respect. When we go visit they are very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place

Sheddon is am amazing clinic! I have been visiting Sheddon since March this year with a herniated L5-S1 disc. A herniated disc is debilitating, and I am only 31 years old and shouldn't be having these issues! Jason, Dana and all the wonderful people there got me from immobile to almost back to pre-injury. My flexion has almost returned to pre-inury, and I am NO LONGER in discomfort with every waking move I make. The folks at Sheddon treat you like their family and always do their best to make sure you are seen when you need to treated - they go above and beyond! I truly appreciate all they have done for me and would (and have!) recommended them to family, friends and anyone that needs treatment. Without Sheddon, I'm not sure where I would be right now, they really understand how to dissect the issue and build up a treatment plan to get you back to good health. Thank you!!

Wow is all I can say when it comes to activelife rehab and it's amazing staff!! I was always sceptical of this sort of thing, but I must not anymore. I awoke one morning and could barely walk. But 3 physio appointments later and I was a brand new person. And then just when u thought I couldn't feel any better they started me on massage therapy and let tell you there is nothing greatert then to be able to stand up straight and tall with no pain!! Almost feels like I grew a few inches. A big thank you to all of you!!

Yaron at Seikinesis is a brilliant and gifted practitioner who has done more for my health and well-being than I could have dreamed possible. My friends and family have noticed a dramatic improvement in me - I look younger and happier and no longer look like I am suffering. Yaron is the first practitioner who has been able to address my chronic headaches, and constricted neck, shoulder and back, which were caused by years of working at a desk and an old whiplash injury. Yaron tailored every session to my needs and gave me simple exercises to do at home. Now my neck is mobile, my back is flexible and pain-free, and the chronic headaches are gone. I had an fantastic experience at the club. My first impression was that is was very clean (especially the washrooms, which you don't always see in most gyms). Kenny, the head maintenance guy says hi to everyone and knows almost everyone by name (so do a lot of the staff) which is very nice. It's a great environment with great people and very welcoming.
