I have been tanning for years...after moving to Victoria and trying a few salons, I have found one to call mine! The staff are great, always remembering what bed I like (love Hawaii!!) and are so great at sneaking me in when I don't have an appointment. Clean, friendly staff, great value for quality. You have to remember when going here that this is a wine tasting room, not a place to have dinner. The wine list is imaginative and approachable. The service on a good night is excellent, on a bad night is so-so, but the staff have always been very helpful with the wine choices, pairings, and flight recommendations. The food is charcuterie, not full meals. Use this place to meet up for a pre-dinner drink, or to end off the night with some wine appreciation.

Had Excalibur over to repair my dishwasher and fix some trim on my stove since he was over anyway. He was able to come over right away which was nice. He ended up having to order some parts and had to come back to complete the job but everything went well. I would recommend them to anyone in the Cobble Hill/Mill Bay area needing appliance repairs.

We tried their beef sukiyaki and shabu shabu. I don't mind cooking my own food so this style of eating I enjoy and find fun. The amount of food offered I would say good for a light dinner meal, but you can always add on. We were here at the last hour of closing and was not that hungry so this was perfect. The service was very friendly. Like in Japan they do not expect any tipping. Very reasonably priced restaurant.

The businesses here are very good. However the lane lines on the road into and out of this plaza are so faint. I almost was in an accident the other day as no one can see where the lanes are. When it is dark or rainy you cannot see where to go. I contacted the city and they said it’s not their responsibility and I should contact the owners or managers.

buffet for dinner only...nice selection, not large, but the dishes are always full...quality food, nice change of spice and flavour..only thing is, i'd get rid of the TV..it is annoying when you are trying to have a conversation and a nice dinner...the place is too small, and there's no getting away from it

This place is great for a late night snack, dinner or lunch. They have a wide selection of food from quiche to fruit salad and cookies or beer. Casual atmosphere, usually filled with students on their laptops.
