I took my computer in this morning and within several hours they had it up and running again! I live in the area and did not know they were there. It was from Staples and my local banker who told me about Tech RX. Diego and Geoffrey did an amazing job, they are so knowledgeable, thorough and fast! Sales and service at this store is excellent! I bought a TV in person there in 2021 and this month again made a purchase from the same department. My salesperson, Raman, was so kind, polite and helpful - she gave me all the info I needed over the phone, and then sent me all the instructions to complete the sale via internet. I also previously spoke to Medha and Sherri by phone in the sales dept. and they were also very helpful and genuinely nice! I would definitely shop at this store again. Lire plus
