First time in pharmacy following my appointment with my ENT doctor to fill my new prescription I required for tomorrow. Mr Baker, the Pharmacist was most courteos and provided fast efficient service. I was impressed to see a sign showing he won the compounding pharmacy award for the year 2018. I congratulated him and wished him luck for 2019. He thanked me and I left felling like a very satisfied customer who had frequented his pharmacy for years while it was only my first visit. Most rewarding

This store is great for one big reason. They're open 24 hours! We have relied on this store countless times when dealing with a sick child in the middle of the night or needing one or two last toilettries before departing on an early morning flight. Combined with Shoppers Drug Mart's usual great service and selection of items you can't go wrong with this store.

I try and hit up Rodney's whenever I am in Van.
Located on trendy Hamilton St. it's got some serious character. Sit at the bar for a great view of the oyster shucking and some lively chat with the bartenders. Staff is friendly with plenty of personality. They have an oyster happy hour 4-6pm (if I remember correctly) where it's half price oysters. And seeing as many of the oysters and ingredients come right out of the ocean around BC the food is beyond fresh.
And in case you were wondering, this place has the best selection of oysters I have seen yet. 11 different kinds on the last visit. My favorites being Fanny Bay and Kushi. Good selection of craft beer on tap too.

I am very impressed. Professional, well-informed and helpful staff who go out of their way to make sure that you get what you need.
It's good to know that there is delivery available if I need it, but the personal contact is always pleasant. Highly recommended.

Better than excellent service . . . personalized, caring, informative. From the minute you walk in, you feel welcome. Prescriptions are filled quickly and delivered at no cost. Assistance is provided if you're looking for a product in the store. Immunizations are available, and encourged. Every staff member is courteous and helpful. I can't say enough about the impecable service provided.
