Goldies pizza is different then your usual pizza place. It is distinguished by the pizza itself. When you buy a slice (or a whole pizza) you don't end up with a huge bready crust, Goldies is served rustic style... on thin crust. It's seriously the best pizza I have tasted in town. I prefer the mushroom pizza the most. YOu can see all the slices Goldies offers through their display window right off of Pender street, or you can go inside, sit at the bar, and order a beer while you they heat up your slice! I really liked the atmosphere. The owner, Michael, is a classy guy. He treats everyone with respect who walks in the door. They are also becoming more tech savy, and are adding their listings to Foursquare, and twitter. I checked into foursquare at goldies pizza, and got a dollar off their draft beer. Its a nice place! I have been going to this place for about 5 years now and am overly happy with them. As a female it is incredibly hard to find a mechanic that doesn't rip you off, and since day one they have been more honest and respectful to me then anywhere I have ever dealt with. Of course i priced checked and compared with other companies the first time i dealt with them, and they were hundred yes hundreds less. They will tell you their honest opinion. I owned a lil red civic, and they never got me to put work into things i didn't need and always helped me to keep that lil bugger on the road. They did extras for me, and treated me so well. I can't express how great this company is, and thank them for everything! You can't go wrong with them

If starting from scratch is more your speed they also carry a vast selection of seeds including a terrific selection of organic seeds. Of course, once you have your garden where you want it you're going to want to spend some time sitting in it and again Mandeville can help you here. Offering a wide slection of garden furniture there is something for everyone. They also offer a comprehensive selection of perfect gifts for the favourite gardeners in your life. My wife's mother even used to make the special trip to Mandeville from the Valley. Visit Mandeville and you too will see why they're that special.

I went to Hollys today. Recently had my hair highlighted at a different salon. My whole head looked canary yellow. Not what I wanted. Came to see Paige and she put proper highlights in and it looks perfect. She treated my damaged yellow hair with care and gave me a great cut. The staffs friendly and professional. The price is reasonable for the north shore. Paige is lovely and easy to talk to. Definitely coming here again.

I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland!
Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs.
The official Mercedes Dealership would have charged me 3 to 4 times more for this job and they did not even bother calling me back!!!

I discovered that vinyl blinds in my home were constructed in this store in 1997 (before my ownership of my home). In need of a replacement blind and an adjustment to an existing blind, I was pleased to find a solution for this renovation project at this store. It's an unique program to involve parents & children learning together at the preschool level. Learning through play (especially outdoor in the woods) is the highlight for my child. I attend parent education workshops that constantly help and guide me in my parenting at home and in the preschool. Easter Egg hunt is so much fun - we found this wonderful place through this community event led by the alumni parents! Thanks Ms. Lynda for guiding my child to be creative, confident & active!
