A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

Total Control Security offerd me the best quality in their service with online tech support and the best quality equipment. They refuse to use nothing but the best as levi will state. The quality in their cameras was unreal when i seen them up and running.
Total control has unbelieveable pricing in there quality of their system. They may not have beat every price out there but they did beat the quality and service comeback then anyone else out there in the security business. For the quotes i was given Total control Security was right in the middle. But once i compared the quality and pricing Total Control was by far the best .
When I had a meeting with them they put on an amazing DEMO which none of the other companys had to offer. I was very impressed with this as they gave us a good over view of what the systems were capable of doing. And made it easier for me to decide what i wanted out of their service.
Total Control is also very fast and supportive of their service work. When i had an issue with something to do with their system they were on top of it immediately wheather they needed to come to the address or they could deal with it over the phone.
The staff was hard working and what i like the most about them was they were very clean and never left a mess behind while working on my property. If was left they way it was before they started. No wires or hardware was ever visible. WHich makes it neat and tidy.

My car went dead, I had to have a tow truck boost it. I went back to autotemp to see if the starter had had purchased from their was drawing to much to cause this issue, they said no, dome light was drawing to much. So I took it to Nissan, they found no issue, cost me $152.50, because of having no issue, not covered under warranty. Anyways I went back to Autotemp to get them to reinstall my starter. Well 2 hours later, not very happy customer, Autotemp did make it right for me at no charge.
