Ive used them for quite some time now with great success over the years... They have gone through Change of staff and managers however service has always been good.

Best place in the region. Works on all makes and models. Staff are involved in talking to customers and the owner always tries to ensure the right things are done. First time Ive ever felt like I didnt get the shaft at a garage. I have sent my family and friends who all say the same thing. They even offered me food one day while I was waiting!

We had little to offer this dealership when first moved here 6 years ago. As of This year we have dealt 1 brand new car, & now a brand new truck.
Professional, courteous, accomadating, & friendly, this is a hard working group of men and women.

I have dealt with Doug for many years & have bought my last 3 used cars off him. I am going to hopefully be buying car #4 off him too. The reason I have bought so many cars from him is because I only spend $1500.00 so obviously they are cars that have their issues after years. He is fair with trade ins & price.

this place is great i used the credit card machine which is great cause i never have cash on me. the bays are clean and there is usually someone their to help you if you dont understand how to use the system. i will be returning.

We had excellent service here from the manager, Mr. Hong. They had a good selection of vehicles and he was very patient and accommodating when walking us through the process.. and we got an amazing deal to boot! Will definitely be returning in the future for our vehicular needs. I'm not sure why the other reviews are negative, but from my experience you won't regret renting here!

Went here to look at a vehicle. I was left alone for to browse for a while, then was approached by a salesman who just asked if I had any questions. Talked with him for a bit, and he brought me to their storage area where they had the exact vehicle I was interested in.
He was very polite and professional, and didn't try to push me into his office for high pressure sales tactics.
While I didn't buy a Mazda, when I'm in the market for a new car, I'd definitely head back here.

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks

Treated me wonderfully. Parts arrived in 1 day and were half the price of the dealership. I asked them about these reviews and they said "take a look at them, one guy didn't pick his parts up after ordering them, the other made us quote and requote him over and over, of course we are going to jack the price up if they are playing games & wasting our time and the last person was mad Fedex was late delivering his package that they shipped out on time." The bad reviews sound like problem customers

I bought a 2004 Santa Fe from here and I was really happy with how clean it was. Within a week, the engine light came on and Fadi scheduled an appointment to get it fixed, no questions asked. He was really patient and made sure the problem was fixed well.
