For decades, I have taken my cars to Laird Auto because I have found the long-term co-owners/mechanic to be knowledgeable, sincere and reputable. My 4-star rating is comparable to a 5-star rating by others because I don't think anything like this can be perfect.

The purchase and service of my vehicle at Mid-Toronto Mitsubishi was very good. They give me a car wash after each service and they are knowledgeable about the products they sell. Ron (Sales) and Steve (Service) really take care of their customers. I look forward to getting my car serviced at Mid-Toronto Mitsubishi.

Went here to look at a vehicle. I was left alone for to browse for a while, then was approached by a salesman who just asked if I had any questions. Talked with him for a bit, and he brought me to their storage area where they had the exact vehicle I was interested in.
He was very polite and professional, and didn't try to push me into his office for high pressure sales tactics.
While I didn't buy a Mazda, when I'm in the market for a new car, I'd definitely head back here.

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks

Treated me wonderfully. Parts arrived in 1 day and were half the price of the dealership. I asked them about these reviews and they said "take a look at them, one guy didn't pick his parts up after ordering them, the other made us quote and requote him over and over, of course we are going to jack the price up if they are playing games & wasting our time and the last person was mad Fedex was late delivering his package that they shipped out on time." The bad reviews sound like problem customers

Over the weekend I took my car in to get its regular service, it was my first time at this location and I must say i WILL return. The staff was so helpful and eager to meet all my needs. Cody shared excellent knowledge about my 2011 RVR and the salesmen were all friendly towards my Husband and I.
I look forward to going there again and I will refer my friends and family to them.

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

This location of Discount Car & Truck Rental was fabulous. The vehicle was ready on time, Sean took his time going over the vehicle with me before handing over the keys. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Tony. Service was top-notch, Id recommend this location. Maybe there has been a staff turnover since the 1-star reviews that were posted. I had no issues with truck drop off / damage & I did drop off the cargo van after hours.

I came to this garage to check my car overall reliability just because of the garage´s name RAHMAN, they honestly checked every part of my car for 30$ and rejected the dealer’s bribery behind my back. That saved me 11k because right after the check the car would have been shipped back home.
