I was involved in an accident few weeks back and I was referred to Vaughan Car Rental by the tow truck. My experience would have been 5 star if only they were able to pick up the rental at my address in Oshawa. Denis answered all my questions and gave me some advice regarding my next vehicle. He was very courteous, first time I got called sir and I'm only 20. Lol. If you ever have any issues I would say talk to this guy first before anyone else. He's very pleasant to deal with. Do call him!

At approximately 3:30 PM Friday 4th Feb I took a wheel of my snow blower with a flat tire to Canadian Tire Georgetown. The service rep. was very helpful, took the wheel into the shop and within 10 minutes the flat was fixed and I was on my way - No Charge! Can't ask for better service that that!!

I replaced struts on my car in my driveway and alignment was wayy off after. 5pm on a Sunday afternoon instarted calling everywhere just hoping someone was open. Most shops offered $120+ alignment and acted like it was a bargain. I called one last shop, Bharj Bros the owner said to come by. They stayed past closing to help me out and I had never been there before. Proper alignment with paperwork. Good small, honest, east asian father and son shop.

The dealership was very professional and maintained the excellent customer service after I received my qx60 .They took care of any issues that arose right away to ease my stress. Everyone told me to stay away from buying a used suv but they were wrong,I am a Very happy customer and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future. You can trust and count on them.

To be honest with you this is the best place I have been so far and they never disappoint they meet all requirements and needs. They made my car look super brand new I was just in shocked . Altaf is definitely the guy to speak to when you go there he understands his clients and always put himself in his or her clients shoes to make them happy. recently had an issue with side window on chevy hhr.went down halfway and stopped.I noticed the sign on victoria park gentleman was just finishing a vehicle.He did a quick check then pulled the door panel and noticed a slight bend on the track,straightened it put panel back on and told me to have a great day.Although it took only a few minutes his experiance and customer service will encourage me to return and recommend this location in the future. thanks dc

They had a good selection of vehicles and he was very patient and accommodating when walking us through the process.. and we got an amazing deal to boot!
