The longest wait I've had at this location was 10 minutes. It was lunchtime on a Friday, and five customers walked in, while the phones were ringing.
They quickly adjusted and got everyone out of there and they were all friendly about it. This is by far my favourite car rental company, because I actually feel valued as a customer.

I am a 67 year old who has not ridden a bicycle in 30 years. I wanted to do this activity with my grandchildren. I visited many electric bike stores but Ebike Plus at 89 Montreal road in Vanier was by far the best. Carlos and Charles took the time to listen to my needs and suggested the appropriate bike. They told me to try it and return with any questions or concerns. The after service was great. Thanks to them I am confident and enjoying my bike.

Amazing!!! Everything about this company is fantastic. Knowledgeable team, quick replies, very organized, very professional. We couldn't have asked for a better contracting company to renovate our bathroom. They did such a great job that we are planning on having them back to do our second bathroom. I bought a used car recently and it was absolutely filthy on the inside. These guys were professional, courteous, and did an amazing job cleaning the car out for me. They were honest, upfront, and prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend their services!! They also care about the customer! These guys are awesome. Kelly is very professional and knows her stuff! Being prescribed a cpap machine for the first time, Kelly makes its very easy to help you find the right machine and mask that suits your needs specifically. Is available to answer any questions and or concerns.
Only negative is that the Orleans store needs to fix the air conditioning...it's warm in the store.
