I had a great experience working with Peter from Starfish Painting. He did an excellent job painting my apartment—the quality of his work really shows in the finished result.
Beyond painting, he went above and beyond by helping hang artwork and install two curtain rods in different rooms, which I really appreciated. Peter was kind, professional, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Scheduling was straightforward, and he was reliable and accommodating.

I have had many hygienists during my 40 years of gum and teeth problems. Now I am with Sherry at Focus. Sherry is internationally recognized and has pioneered new tools and procedures. She is also a Senior Instructor at the Camosun Coll. Dental Hygiene School. She is an outstanding artist at her craft, and she really does care. Sherry has selected the other hygienists on her staff for their quality as well. With rates no more than the others, why would you go anywhere else ?

When asked the location of dried fruit, the associate (a woman I was meeting for the first time) led me to the main location. She had correctly pointed me there, but accompanied me, apparently to check that her information was correct, and on the way I mentioned I was looking for a specialty product (Medjool dates). She left me before my inspection showed that the product was not on aisle 8 but then caught up with me at the friendly checkout with my desired product. Wow--upped Costco big time.

I can hardly tell you how pleased I am with Staples in Langford. I purchased a gizmo to convert slides into digital images with the help of Kenyon, who gave knowledgeable, friendly service, with technical expertise. Two months later, the converter stopped working. Jo, Mary, and Laurel were all completely helpful. I thought I'd have to send it back to the manufacturer or something awkward, but everyone did her best to make sure I had a new one in short order -- no doubts about my situation, and only a very short form to fill out. Friendly, happy, humourous, and very competent people. Wow. You can't get much better than that.

I have been seeing Riki for a few years and she's been able to help me sort through my depression and anxiety brought on by past trauma. She has the ability to direct me through thoughts and help me see ways to think and act differently so that I can have a more positive and fulfilling outcome with interpersonal relations. And although I still struggle at times, she has been supportive and constant in her approach which helps me to think in a more positive way.
I highly recommend her.
