My wife and I live near this Milestones and have gone a number of times. Every time we have been to this Milestones we have received fantastic service, and the food has been fabulous. We enjoy visiting this location, and especially enjoy the heated patio with views of the mountains on the North Shore! I would recommend this Milestones to anyone! Lire plus

Gotta love the Wrap Zone. They serve up wrap sandwiches with tasty ingredients and combinations to suit any palate. My particular favourites are the Thai Tanic with Chicken and the Bombay Curry with protein. The service is what you would expect in a quik-serve restaurant as is the decor and atmosphere. They are a little hard to find since they are below street level but once you visit once you'll know exactly where they are when you return for more! Yaletown Brewing Company was one of the first restaurants involved in the revitalization of Yaletown and the fact that they're still here has got to tell you something. They make good food and, since they are a brew pub, they make great beer. Like all the other Mark James Group restaurants they offer the cheap beer and pizza nights that my family and I enjoy so much but quite often we head here for all the other great items on the menu too! If you can't decide which beer you want to try ask the server for one of their tasting flights where you get four different beers to sample. The location is outstanding and they have a lounge on one side and restaurant on the other so if you just want drinks and appys after work they are a great spot to choose! Last time we were there I had the Jakarta bowl with lamb tenderloin in a soy sauce with peppers and it was outstanding, My folks were with us and they swore by the fish and chips as well. One other cool thing that Yaletown does is if there is a game on at Rogers Arena they offer shuttle service to the game. So go on down to Yaletown Brewing Company and check them out! Lire plus

We hit Black Forg last night before the Lions game and loved their vibe. The atrium that provides over half of the seating is ideally situated at the foot of Cambie Street to provide views of the North Shore and the workd going by on Water Street. They offer a great selection of draught and bottled beer and offered a take on a Snake Bite that they should put on the menu and call the Black Frog...who knew that adding Ribena would taste so good! The wings that were hotter than hot were exactly as advertised and really tasty! The only concerns we had were with the mains we had. The steak sandwich was a bit tough to chew as a sandwich but went better when I ate it open faced. The curry and chips were kind of bland and would probably be better as an Indian curry than a Thai curry. We will try other items on our next visit. Our concerns on the food aside, we will be back because it was such a great little spot. Head over to the Black Frog next time you're looking for a fun spot to chill! Lire plus

The pasta at Old Spaghetti Factory is good to eat and you get decent value for the money. The pasta can tend to be ordinary from the perspective of the selections but they put together good food and they offer a fun atmosphere and decor that makes them a good family restaurant for when you are downtown with your family. Vraiment un incontournable si vous avez de jeunes enfants! La nourriture est délicieuse...la meilleure pizza, les meilleurs pâtes, tout fait avec des ingrédients locaux et biologiques. Parfait si vous avez des enfants allergiques aux arrachides, c'est un établissement qui n'utilise aucune noix dans sa cuisine. Il y a une petite cuisinette ou les enfants peuvent jouer pendant que papa et maman relaxent. Réservez une table à côté de l'aire de jeux pour surveiller vos petits sans avoir à vous déplacer. Les employés sont très chaleureux et adorent les enfants. C'est très bruyant et les enfants sont partout! C'est notre resto préféré pour sortir en famille à Vancouver. Goldies pizza is different then your usual pizza place. It is distinguished by the pizza itself. When you buy a slice (or a whole pizza) you don't end up with a huge bready crust, Goldies is served rustic style... on thin crust. It's seriously the best pizza I have tasted in town. I prefer the mushroom pizza the most. YOu can see all the slices Goldies offers through their display window right off of Pender street, or you can go inside, sit at the bar, and order a beer while you they heat up your slice! I really liked the atmosphere. The owner, Michael, is a classy guy. He treats everyone with respect who walks in the door. They are also becoming more tech savy, and are adding their listings to Foursquare, and twitter. I checked into foursquare at goldies pizza, and got a dollar off their draft beer. Its a nice place! Great British-themed pub in Newport Village! During the Fall and Winter months it is often packed with a casual, yet fun crowd all weekend long. There is live entertainment on the weekends, which can be fun as well. The servers are attentive and the food is generally good (for pub food). I recommend sticking to the more traditional dishes like the stuffed baby yorkies, Guinness soup, shepherd’s pie, and the steak and Guinness pie (my fave!). We were there this past weekend for the first time in awhile and we realized why we love it so much – it’s that comfortable pub down the street when the weather is bad and you don’t feel like cooking!
