We were on vacation in Victoria when our service engine light came on. Since it is a Mini Cooper we needed a mechanic who knows how to work on European cars. The Mini dealer was booked but Frank’s got us in the next day! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it that day. Excellent service for a very reasonable price. We can now drive home safely. Thanks!

Today I came to your well-run facility and from the girl at the entrance gate, to staff working the grounds-everyone was so courteous and helpful. It is great to see recycling handed so perfectly! Absolutely amazing moving company, polite, helpful, friendly, flexible, and incredibly reasonably priced. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and a promised means a promise, along with really outstanding service. These guys remained positive and polite all day long, no matter what was asked of them. Your team came over on short notice on a Friday to ensure that our tenant could have hot water over the weekend. I could not get our usual plumbing company to come over.) In addition, your plumber was able to get the hot water working for the weekend, then returned promptly, as promised, on Monday to finish the job details with materials that were not available on Friday.
