I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland! Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs. I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete. The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early. The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby.
