I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete. The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early. The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby. My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up. The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! That is one of the fastest claims to repair ever.” And the repair looks GREAT. Absolutely zero complaints. Very happy. Lire plus
