5.15.20 Both Mike & Lindy were very helpful when I contacted them regarding our unwanted voles. Called and spoke with an employee here to try to locate my girlfriend’s package that was going to be sent back across the country for missing our unit number. He efficiently put us in contact with someone who located our package, and changed the label to fix our mistake. Went well out of their way to do so just to make sure we got our package. My first call to this locksmith was because my house locks were getting sticky and hard to use. I was afraid I would be locked out. The lady on the phone helped me out with recommendations on how to fix the problem myself - and it worked! Saved me money I didnt have at the time. Of course I called them again when I lost my keys. The locksmith came the next day and changed all the locks on my house for $150.00!! Other locksmiths were double and triple with a much longer waiting period. RECOMMEND!

Friends of our were thrilled with their RV and service from Western and referred us to check them out. Lyle was our Sales person and he helped us find the right RV for our family. We didn't have the best credit but Lyle helped hook us up with the right financing person. When were went through the walk-through inspection everything was perfect. I went to Western Pride for the first time this morning. I had hoped to get my inside of my car detailed, but realized when I got there that I needed to book an appointment. Looking humorously not dressed to clean a car with a blouse and dress pants, I figure that I would just clean the car. The person there helped me to get the rinse nozzle and shampoo onto the right hose. He even offered to give me gloves given how inappropriately dressed I looked. That guy deserves a raise. So impressed!
