Sauls auto is dependable, fair pricing, and superb service. He has always taken time to clarify questions when needed. He has been servicing our cars for years, including a honda, jetta, and of course our volvos. His wife Daisy runs the front end of shop and is so courteous and thoughtful. Specs Appeal saved my life!!!!!!. I lost my glasses on a job site I called them right away because I have dealt with them for years they ordered my frames and lens and had them with in a week and a half thank god because I rely on them for everything I have recommended them to everyone I know .

Great customer service! My only issue was that I had a 10:15 am appointment and still waited over an hour to get seen.I had parked on Ontario Street, only a minute away, 30 minute parking and I was stressed out that my car was going to get ticketed. There is paid parking, by a high rise, in a lot just down Ontario St., left side. It would only take 2 minutes to get to 30 Duke.That would be the best place to park so as not to get ticketed if there is a long wait.

I bought a nice set up three weeks ago and Gio gave me a great deal on the stuff without me even asking! I've been back several times to buy juice and coils. When I had a battery issue, I saw Connor and it was fixed right away there. When I had coil issues I went to see Connor again, and it was quickly fixed even though it was the manufacturer's fault. These guys provide the best customer service humanely possible, and the only thing they care about is happy customers. I will never go elsewhere!
