The world needs more places like this. From the person at the front desk, to the nurses, the staff and the doctor everyone was so kind, gentle & loving. They were so nice & answered all my questions. Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.

My daughter bought a fridge and it is over 5 years old and still working well.
I could not find this place and walked into King Appliances. Big mistake. First one all my meat went bad. Second fridge has a water bubbling noise and smells like rotten. I would not call them again if this stops working. I will make sure to find Queen Appliances

I bought a nice set up three weeks ago and Gio gave me a great deal on the stuff without me even asking! I've been back several times to buy juice and coils. When I had a battery issue, I saw Connor and it was fixed right away there. When I had coil issues I went to see Connor again, and it was quickly fixed even though it was the manufacturer's fault. These guys provide the best customer service humanely possible, and the only thing they care about is happy customers. I will never go elsewhere!

I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. To top it all off, turned out the basement lights for us and even put our garage door down for us. Top notch - would highly recommend Richmond Heating and Air. Thank you very much!!
