I have been frequenting this store for a number of years and love the ever changing variety of goods they carry. I like that they use where possible suppliers and supplies that are local or from other parts of Canada. I have a sofa from them which is perfect. I have a chair I purchased from them and they covered for me. Excellent work in matching the upholstery design, making extra cushions. Currently I have on order bookcases and a desk - all will be made locally.

I discovered that vinyl blinds in my home were constructed in this store in 1997 (before my ownership of my home). In need of a replacement blind and an adjustment to an existing blind, I was pleased to find a solution for this renovation project at this store. Parm and Kaitlyn went beyond the call of duty to serve me creating and adjusting my blinds. Ingredients Health Food Store has this amazing array of healthy food. Twenty different types of Rice, 15 different types of beans. Thousands of Food items all organic all the stuff is good for you. No transfat items and a huge array of gluten free food.
They also have a cafe thats excellent. I had this vegetarian organic Eggs Benny. with carmelized onions, steamed organic Kale on a gluten free muffin with a blend of pan fried yukon gold potatoes and yams (with sea salt and organic salsa on the side) really really good...
i didnt have a coffee but i beleive they sell drumroaster blend.

I highly recommend this pharmacist- knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, professional and kind. Always knows who I am and greets me by name. It is part of the west 10th 'community', a rapidly disappearing concept in the once lovely Vancouver. This is the place I have my prescriptions filled because I know the wait will be as short as possible and the service excellent.

I have been a frequent customer at your store since it opened.
Occasionally I notice an exceptional employee (there are many) and I commend them in this space.
Today I encountered such an employee and would like to commend him to your attention. Unfortunately, I don't have his name, but he is a taller man maybe in his thirties and he appeared to be Persian.
He was working very hard in the yogourt section at around 6:OO PM. I approached him and commented on his hard work:a valuable employee!
