I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

I had a leak in my dishwasher which went thru to downstairs and I had just renovated my kitchen... I found this company did an excellent job in renovating and restoring... The people doing the renovating and repairing were more than courteous and over all it was a positive experience.. I would recommend them to anyone!!
