They don't leave you enough room to tell ur story. Bottom line, I had a complaint. The manager dealt with it in an exemplary fashion, and then, continued to go above and beyond. I had the rack of Lamb. It was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. There are limited options in this neck of the woods. It's a bit pricier than the average place around here. But, the meals are worth it. I'm leaving as a very satisfied customer. I will be back.

The entire team is FANTASTIC! We hired Simply Elegant for our Winter Celebration party at Skyview (amazing venue). Jade, Peter and Sharon took our vision of a New Orleans theme and nailed it - from the décor, drinks, food, performers...we all felt like we were transported there. My experience at Bower Eye Care has always been very professional and positive. The doctors are always on time with their appointments, they always keep a couple appointment times open for walk-ins (which is awesome if you need to get your eyes checked right away), and the doctor I saw was very informative and polite. I've been coming here for years and I've always left satisfied. I don't wear contacts, but my daughter has them and the staff are always patient and willing to make the extra effort in order to ensure you like the brand you're wearing. I recommend Bower Eye Care to anyone and everyone that needs to see an optometrist.
