I brought my 2009 Cadillac STS here when I was involved in an accident. The work done on my car I have to saw was flawless. I've heard nightmare stories of people going to other body shops in the city and being over charged and the damages that were supposed to be fixed would show through such as paint bubbling or peeling etc. So far I've had no issues, the service was amazing, and the prices fair.
