The ladies at Urban Hair are awesome! My last cut and colour there were the best I've had in years (thanks Lisa). Beautiful studio, friendly and fun staff and awesome service. I'll keep coming back.

The Salon is brilliant and just what Horseshoe Bay needs. Lisa is such a great stylist and pays great attention to detail and customer needs. My kids both love going to the Salon for their haircuts too! I highly recommend!

I needed to replace the carpet.
I went to United flooring to see what they could offer ( Quality/Price )
I went there twice. I live about 45 KM from Courtenay.
While I was looked after somewhat as a customer I did not feel at home being there.
So I went to End of the roll and guess what I felt right at home there.
I bought what I needed and after some explanation by the employee I decided to add the kitchen to be done with the same material.
Her name was Ms Cyd. Very very helpful.

We arrived a little after closing time however the owner was gracious enough to allow us to come in and have fish and chips.It was the best fish we have had since leaving Scotland.Also the staff are really freindly.overall a very positive experience.

Great Staff
Carla cuts my hair on a regular basis and always seems to be able to squeeze me in as I have an unpredictable schedule. I definitely recommend this salon.
