I just had them come out to repair 2 older coin washers.
They arrived at the appointed time, were very professional and found several different issues and repaired them all.
Parts were in the van, so both machines were back in service in 2 hours.
The costs were very fair and reasonable.

Absolutely amazing. First off I want to start with that my entire family has purchased from Galaxy. Second the guys in the Courtenay Galaxy are professionals although theyre like family. Danny, Andy, John, Jona, Kevin. Just a solid bunch of guys! They work their butts off to make sure you get approved even if your credit is bad. They make something work. I’ve had my accounts there for over 40 years and have never experienced a mistake in my transactions unlike another institution that I will not mention. All banks and credit unions have reduced staffing and employee shuffling since covid 19 raised it’s ugly head. I have never had a hard time getting thru on the phone nor experienced rude staffing. Once or twice longer line ups, but no different than anywhere else. I have been looked after in a professional manner for many years.
