The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

I use this location on a regular basis. The service I receive from the staff at this location far exceeds expectations! I have used other locations and rental companies in the past but this is the best one I have found.

I highly recommend this agent for anyone in the GTA. I was recently married into a state farm household, and when we brought our cars over our insurance dropped dramatically! They were all super nice and didn't make you feel dumb for not knowing something.
