I have been receiving help from Joseph Eliezer and I am very grateful for the positive effect it has had on my life. I was dealing with a very dysfunctional family and it was causing me great grief. It was interfering with my daily life. It was great to be able to discuss very personal things that I would be embarrassed to share with anyone. I've got my hearing aid set from this store about one and half year ago ( Aug. 2014) . Very through. Best thing about it is, their help after sales. I've requested change setting many times and they did as I please. Nowadays hearing aid is so sophisticated and need time to adjust to my brain ( yes my brain). He lay down how I will get use to it and it happened as he said. Fully recommend it.

The staff was knowledgable and courteous, they took a look at the issues, quoted the work they needed to be done and they did a great job fixing the issues quickly. I then decided to have my website re-designed and Pixel Global did a great job of working with me to find a vision and make recommendations on the most user friendly design to increase customer engagement. KUDOS to Kathy in Victoria at 1-888-472-222 with whom I spoke today (January 4, 2021 just before noon). She is so helpful and efficient, made suggestions and arranged for us to add cell phone service (sim cards on their way). She helped us to get the best price for our bundle (Internet, computer, TV and landline)and is personable and kind even though I explained we are technopeasants, both of us (husband and wife) in our 70s!
