The gang at Granville Island Boat yard are great. Also a big thank you to Skookum Yacht Services and Stem to Stern Marine!! I recently had some work done by a very unprofessional company called Blue Marine Service. Once they gang at Granville Island Boatyard heard of the issues and that the boat had to be hauled back into the yard to have the work redone, they waived the yard fees... NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have worked with Hugh Jacobs of Hi-Res Graphics on a number of projects over the last 9 years ranging from updating technical specifications to a complete company re-branding. Pharmacy department is outstanding for their knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness. A special thank you to Breanne D who has made my life so much easier these past two months with issues I have had regarding my mother's prescriptions. She has definitely gone above and beyond, especially when she pointed out to us that she could not in good conscience fill one of the prescriptions without talking to my mother's doctor...who ended up lowering the dosage as per her suggestion.

I've been buy my glasses from them since 2003. I know the original owner as I sold computers to him. The current owner is Wayne and he is very knowledgeable about eye wear. They sell both regular glasses as well as contact lens. They don't rush me and explains clearly to me the options I've and the advantage/disadvantage of each choice. I live in Vancouver and tried the optician near me. It constantly broke, they gave me a refund and I went back to Wayne. I learn my mistake and switched back.

Mark came over as scheduled, fixed our kitchen sink at a reasonable price. Did an excellent job, left place clean and also did some caulking between the granite and the splash wall without us even asking to do that.

Had the most amazing meal at St. Lawrence. The food was out of this world and the service was impeccable. You really feel like you're in another city when you're sitting in there. We had the foie gras appetizer, baked potatoes done like poutine, the steak frites, lamb, and sugar pie for dessert. All were delicious and I can't wait to go back! The service staff were so friendly!

He diagnosed our problem quickly with his camera system - Finding crushed drain pipe in a number of areas and a small underground spring which we had no idea about! He put together a very comprehensive estimate of work required. When work started his team were obviously well trained, clean and very polite.
