This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

I have been a customer for about 5 years , always happy with the prices, service and integrity of the staff . Today I had front struts in stalled on my Ford Edge, came in under time and budget. When I Drove it noticed the steering wheel was very slightly of centre, I called, they said bring it back, and even though they had to hook up the alignment equipment, they did it willingly and the problem was fixed in under there minutes

As a non-techie type (and a senior to boot!) I really appreciate a company like Techs On Time. I called on a weekend and had my guy on my doorstep Monday morning. He was so patient and took his time explaining everything so I could understand. Turns out I'm not as dumb as I thought!
This mobile technician is a very good idea for a service for seniors in today's world. I read the other ratings and I agree that Techs On Time should get six stars. There is no way I was going to try to disconnect all those wires and carry my computer to a store. Techs On Time you've got my business!

We have a 5-1/2 year old home and for the last 2-1/2 years we’ve had one small piece of siding under a 2nd storey window that keeps blowing off. I found out last Christmas that the people who put up and take down our Christmas lights were setting the piece back in place. Then it would come down again the next time the wind blew.
I contacted Jordy at Chartwell, and within a couple of weeks, the piece was permanently back in place, and at “no charge”.

This is the BEST PIZZA in town! Pizza is very tasty and fresh. My daughter wont eat a pizza anywhere else but only here. I would not buy my tires anywhere else. Karl tire price match, so you know you are getting the best price and their service is as good as it gets. I have had two recent experiences where Travis has saved me money, first I had torn the sidewalk of my tire and thought I’d have to replace it. Travis looked at it and said that it was fine. $180 saved there. Secondly, I’ve had trouble with my ABS. The guys diagnosed the fault for me free of charge. A1 service.
