I have been having problems with my hearing for quite a while because of Tinnitus. I went to Kirkham Hearing to see if they could fix it. I was told that Tinnitus is incurable which I have been told from several specialists. After a evaluation I found I did have a hearing loss in the high tones. When fit with hearing aids the tinnitus was reduced drastically. The treatment I have had with them is remarkable and I highly recommend them to anyone I talk to about hearing problems. I recently bought a Yamaha P2500 S power amplifier from Axe Music, an amp that unfortunatlty had factory defects making it unacceptable for me... But Brad Pettigrew then took charge of the problem - a long two weeks process during wich we had to communicate on a regular basis by email - and he never let me down, managing it to have my amp replaced by Yamaha Canada ( the unit being picked up here at home, shipped to the company and the replacement one being delivered within a reasonable delay ).

Our family doctor referred my children and I to see Dr. Michael Chu. He's the most amazing doctor; professional, informative, kind and truly cares about his patients vision care. I'm a picky consumer and he totally won me and my family over.
All our eye exams were comprehensive and detailed. The staff seamlessly moved us through the process while explaining every step of the way and answered all our questions. I left the exam with a clear understanding of our eye care recommendations and wasn't pressured into buying glasses like some other places. The staff was attentive and helpful finding us glasses and teaching my eldest child how to properly put in his contacts. I found the prices fair and reasonable for a professional modern style boutique.
Eye Class Optometry and Dr. Michael Chu exceeded all my expectations with great customer service, knowledgeable staff, cleanliness, wide range of product selection/pricing and very convenient location. I have already recommended this place to all my family and friends.

Very awesome. I reserved my room online and booking in was smooth. They in formed us ahead of time for the extra person charge and how much they were putting on hold on my card. The room (king size suite) was clean and spacey and the bed lived up to the company name. You got a choice of soft or firm pillows to use and they stored extra pillows and blankets if needed . The room was hot but once we figured out the AC/Heater we were set. The water pressure in the shower is definitely not a gentle rain, which is great for sore muscles and headaches. They have a pool and a fitness room unfortunately the convention I was attending didn't leave me much time to check those out. All in all, a great hotel completely recommend!

I can't say enough good things about him, he understands that in treating the bones sometimes you have to treat the tissue as well. He ordered an X-Ray for me to learn more, answered all my questions and never once took anything I said bad. He did manual adjustments, acupuncture, some metal tools, a mechanical massager, and took care of some deep tissue massage. He also gave me exercises to do so I can strengthen my problem areas and stretches. Takes his time and really cares.

They are very fast to issue you a card with credit on it, if you bring in pre-counted items that are in their original boxes (ie empty beer cans or boxes of empty bottles). otherwise stand in line and wait if there are other folks there. Friendly, fast, and pretty upbeat staff - cheers to your 2015!
