Dr. Steinbach, his associates, and staff have provided wonderful care to my cats. After their findings I was given a full print out of everything and was gone through everything in detail by Gopi, the Manager at Crompton’s. He explained everything to me and after purchasing the vehicle I took it back and got Crompton’s to fix the issues they found.

Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

Excellent knowledge and customer service. Just can’t say enough good about my Weber Summit purchase experience and the immediate response to hidden damage when the carton was opened at home. The damaged machine was replaced with a fully assembled and tested unit at my home within a few hours. While the damaged Sumimit was disappointing the real measure was how quickly the problem was solved and without question. I am very impressed. Thank you Natalia, Jamie, Brandon, John

I highly recommend Amin, he has a friendly personality and is easy to talk to, as well as very knowledgeable. He discovered & fixed a problem that I had asked two other shops and they had no clue.
