I had a wonderful experience receiving treatment from Dr. TCM Vincent Wang. He is an exceptionally knowledgeable and caring Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, with impressive experience in acupuncture and Die Da therapy. Dr. Wang took the time to fully understand my condition, explained each step clearly, and provided treatment that quickly relieved my pain. Always a pleasure to GO TO THE DENTIST. Dr. Pessinis is kind and very understanding. He takes time to assess and ask questions. He is thorough and provides advise and recommendations. The staff is friendly, personable and efficient. They send reminders and do the paperwork for you! Dr. Chow is qentle and unassuming and is proactive in his dental care for you. Parking is easy and always available and the office is open on Tues. evenings.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Herman Shen for the last 15 years. He has always been courteous and thorough in all of his exams. Each of his offices, (in Metrotown, President Plaza and Henderson) are very convenient to go to with plenty of parking and shopping nearby. There is always a wait, but that is normal and to be expected at all doctor offices who are popular and sought after.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Herman Shen and Associates to all of my friends.

Hi,
I used to work at Seaspan when I began my orthodontic treatment back in 2012. However, I was unsatisfied with the result left from the 1st orthodontist so transferred over to Dr. Pocock who helped centered my upper mid-lne which was shifted by a few millimetres to the left.
I'm quite old so am not the typical kid patient. I don't care for sweet talk. I judge a doctor by his competency, care and integrity, and Dr. Pocock delivers on all three of these qualities.
