Dr. McConnell and her staff are great. She worked her ass off for me until she found a Neurologist that wasn't sitting on their brains, if they had any. Sure there are long waits, but some of you have your phones to play with or bring a book. It's more fun to people watch. We have had disagreements, even a shouting match. She is a person just like you who probably gets different moods. I know she is supposed to keep them in check, can you? She is only human so be humane.

I can honestly say that Dr. Pallo is the best dentist I have ever been in the care of.
His office is always spotless. It does smell like a dentists office though. (Which actually makes sense due to how sanitary everything always is.)
His staff is the kind and professional. Dr. Pallo, himself, is very nice and a fountain of information.
At no point in the 20+ years I have been going here have I ever left feeling less then satisfied with my visit or like I was bamboozled.
Best dentist ever!

We have been going to Dr. Just for over 20 years. He is extremely quick at what he does. He is very pleasant, friendly and has a great attitude. Dr. Palleck and her staff were very helpful and excellent with my daughter. I am truly thankful for the work they did, she went from never smiling to showing off her beautiful smile all of the time. I had the best experience when I took my boyfriend here. They were so warm and inviting when we first walked in, the dentist was very informative and went above and beyond to help my boyfriends pain. I will never go anywhere ever again, they will be my permanent dentist for now on. Thank you staff for making our visit the best it could be, I've already told my whole class about you all.

Just moved to St Thomas and needed a place to bring my family to the dentist. Great first experience. They made the switch from our old dental office really easy. The office seems very nice and modern. What I like is that they billed my insurance directly so I didn't have to pay for anything out of pocket. They were really good with my kids too and made it an overall pleasant experience.

She has no manners the way she talks down at you and makes you feel like you are a bother to her. l have come away in tears due to her RUDENESS.......
