The receptionists go above and beyond. Helen, just to name one, she has gone above and beyond her duties to make sure that everything worked out for me and my prescription, when she didn’t have to. I saw another review saying they don’t answer their phones - that’s not true and if they don’t it’s because they’re so good and busy and literally constantly on the phone or busy helping with patients. They ALWAYS call back when you leave a message. They treat every patient so well.

I have seen Dr. Atella 3 times over the last month. He has always given me compassionate primary health care. The office is very busy like every doctor in the province and sometimes you may have an extended wait time...but what doctor’s office doesn’t have wait time? Also the front desk staff has been more than kind and accommodating given the work demands.

Dr Tang is absolutely amazing. She is very professional and sympathetic to your needs. I highly recommend her for any plastic surgery particularly Breast Reconstruction and Liposuction. Her office team is awesome. They are very helpful and compassionate.

I've had many pairs of shoes repaired here over the years and the workmanship is absolutely beautiful! My wife recently brought in a pair of Blundstone boots that she's had for about 15 years as the sole had deteriorated. The repair they did was FAR better than the original sole and will undoubtedly last for a very long time!

Sounds good to be under great and loving people and co workers. Although , not being mafe known to restrictions ahead of time is wasting time and effort. Not by any means of my livelihood, but for example paying extra cash for a tooth to be pulled the day of ruins my self as a guests priority. Among this payment i need to say i even have to recieve a bigger greater due and pay-back why? Because of thw over due, im under my dads insurance, I cant get money out my own pocket.

I booked an appointment to Emerald after going through the reviews which were all positive. I must confirm this is the best Dental office I have visited. It is extremely clean and organized. They are fully equipped with all dental apparatus and everything is computerized. I cannot fail to mention the fact that they are very welcoming and kind. My family goes to this dental clinic for 16 yrs now and the staff are very accomdating and very friendly. The clinic is very new, clean and modern.
Karen who is my dental hygienist is very gentle and no pain at all while cleaning my teeth.
I highly recommend this dental clinic in a heartbeat.

Dr Morrow himself has performed CXL surgery on my Right eye. I suffer with Glaucoma. Ocular surface disease, Keratoconus, Dry eyes, among a few others, all ultimately causing me blurred vision. Dr Morrow is a blessing to our community, his care and compassion to eye care is second to none.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lindstrom for over 7 years now, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Before I came to her office I was an infrequent visitor to dentists ... now I go regularly, and I can say I actually enjoy the experience! I love the front desk staff … they always greet me like an old friend, and Dr. L is simply amazing. If you have any phobias about the dentists this is the doc for you. She has such a soothing manner, and she explains everything so there are no surprises.

Dr Li has been my Family doctor since I came to Canada many years ago. i can honestly say that the building is a little run-down but the clinic is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly by nature but others find them a little abrupt or rude but probably because that's normal tone. Anyways it doesn't bother me. Overall, I recommend Dr Li as a good Family doctor.
