My first visit to this dental clinic, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a long time friend. The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves. Direct billing and free parking was a welcomed change

Been a regular customer for years and its always a pleasure to see Danny and Lily! Danny usually does my gel nails while Lily does my waxing. Never had an issue while Im here. I had to get a filling and was terrified! Had been traumatized as a child with a bad dentist. They gave me gas and took their time, they did a fantastic job! I just can’t thank them enough, I’m sorry that I can’t remember the dentist and assistant’s names but I have had excellent treatment by everyone in this clinic. I am over joyed with the results! reasonable. I saw Dr. Zaidi and my child saw Dr. Lalani - both are highly trained and gentle. Found it convenient that they have a doctor that places braces on-site. Both my kids are booked in with this specialist and have started their braces.
