This office goes above and beyond to give exceptional care to its patients. I have never felt so taken care of. They explained everything to me, gave me additional information, gave me options for payment and even had a comfort menu. They made me forget that I was afraid of the dentist!! I have had a great experience with this new, clean clinic. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and was very quick to get me an appointment and fix my pain. I have been going to this Dental office for the last 10 years. I have now moved to the south but still travel here because of how good of service they provide. I now have young children and I had to take them by myself to an appt this week. They were all outstanding and I couldn't say more great things about Oliver Family Dental. The receptionist watched my busy 2 year old so I could get my teeth cleaned and the hygienist looked in her mouth as my eager child wouldn't leave until she got a turn!

I had to switch Dental Clinics and am glad I did. I had a dental emergency, and Northern Dental Centre was able to get me in right away. Dr.Rami and the Team are very welcoming and caring. They set up the clinic to make patients comfortable. Due to my schedule constantly changing unexpectedly because of the type of work I do, I could get an option that would support my work schedule. So happy I took a chance on my new Dental Centre. I recommend this Dental Centre to everyone.

Dr. Der is hands down the best doctor I have ever met. He is patient, understanding and very thorough. I always feel better when I leave because he makes sure I understand everything and is always professional. The receptionist there is also very nice, what a sweet lady!! Even though they were completely booked they squeezed me in and were very understanding about it and did not at all make me feel rushed. Best medical clinic in Edmonton!

Dr Rocque Nobert is wonderful! I called yesterday after the office was closed because of a really bad toothache and Rocque offered to meet me at the office and open it up just for me. He and his lovely wife took time out of their Friday evening to look after me! Amazing! Turns out it wasn't my tooth at all but complications from a possible sinus infection but he took care of things. Rocque your willingness to help and genuine concern are heartwarming. Honest, to the point, not pushy, does not sugar coat things or try to make extra money if something is not needed.
The only recommendation is the front end office staff could be less judgemental and friendlier, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the dentist.
5 stars, will be going back.
