Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. just one word. I have now been with these guys for almost like 2 years when i first came to toronto.. HONEST.
You will see that for yourself. That is the number one reason for why I drive all the way from Mississauga to where these guys are located.
I even even argued with them once back for the price that they put up for a service item for which i was actually wrong i must acept. stupid of me. But these gys value their customers a lot.Never said anything negative.

Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! All my family shops from Bayautozone, they are a good place to get a low millage car like almost brand new, I got my beetle from here 8 years ago and had no problem, then I bought a SLK with 6000 kilometers, I still have I it and enjoy it much, I also use the service shop, they have the best tire selection for summer and winter, and good prices, thank you bay auto zone!
