Friendly and knowledgable.
I wanted to renovate my ensuite including a new tiled shower. I got some outrageous quotes from some contractors but then called the Neighbourhood Plumber. He gave me a lot of ideas as far as the planning and gave me a few options and prices. I was sold on having a rain head alongside a hand held wand and normal shower head with a diverter to operate them individually or have the all on at once !!! It turned out awesome !
Would recommend to all !!!

Amazing plumbing team. I couldn't be happier and so grateful with the work they did. We had laundry valves, outdoor frost free hose faucet new overflow and drain installed. Brought my car in with a busted pipe. They gave me two options to fix it and the price it would cost before they did any work. 45 mins later I was back on the road, good as new. Mr. Lavender came to my home to give me an estimate the same day I phoned his company. He gave me a price to replace my water lines and sewer pipes, the price and wait time were lower than I expected. The work was completed the following week by 3 very hard working courteous young men.Sandy, Morgan and James kept going till the job was done. They ran into unexpected problems along the way but kept a positive attitude. They cleaned work areas up when finished. I highly recommend Lavenders.

The rental department service was fast, efficient and had everything I needed. Their brand new facility is absolutely beautiful and they have tons of inventory. I had no idea they had over 1600 pieces onsite with custom manufacturing options and parts and service for public use. Highly recommend if looking for a piece of equipment that needs to be customized for the job with fast turn around.
