I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Have been going to this dealership for service for 7 yrs first with my Mazda 3 and now with my CX5. Service is always great never an issues. Mitch the Manager is also great to deal with. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I am actually very surprised with other people’s reviews because I have always had a great experience. I got a part that was off a 92 vehicle. Not easy to find but they had it on the counter for me and could take an etransfer so I didnt have to mess around. They also found me another part that even the vehicle dealer couldn't find for me and they told me which store in town had one in stock. They didn't make a dime off that sale but they found me the part anyhow.When is the last time that happened to you?

Brought in two cars for different services. Both times I waited and the repairs were completed in about an hour. Service was great by assist manager Mona, and I witnessed Kevin dropping of a customer to his home as he was stuck at the Midas location. This is not a service they offer, and he went out of his way to help the customer. I for sure will go back again to this location.

Very happy with our fall wedding. We had a 4 course plated dinner for 150 people. I thought the lobster was going to be dry or rubbery with the travel but was pleasantly surprised. They were about 15 min late but I was told prior that there would be a 30 min window. I would hire them again

I had my 2011 Dodge Ram in to get repaired. I had an amazing experience with the office staff and the mechanics. They fixed my truck better then it was before, on time, informative, and worked well with the insurance company. Would I recommend this shop for other customers? Yes I would. I won't take my vehicles any where else now.
