Matt and his crew have been our mechanics for a couple of years now and we can't say enough good things about all of them! I love that I can go in to my mechanics's shop and without a hesitation know that what they say needs to be done, does, and nothing more is added to make a few bucks.

My daughter attends university in Guelph. She was experiencing problems with her truck so I called Howie at Autosparks. He asked if my daughter could drop the truck off to which she did. About an hour later Howie called me here in Toronto and explained what the problem was and quoted me a very reasonable rate to fix the problems. He actually over delivered by going out of his way to do a full vehicle inspection and give me the report! His honesty and knowledge keeps us as his customer. His service was timely and the price very reasonable.

I went in this week and purchased a brand new 2017 Kia Sorento. The same day they got it out of the show room and my wife and I drove it home. I must say, the service from all of the staff at Anderson Kia was excellent and refreshing. Super friendly and very knowlegable. I have never trusted a car mechanic company before. As a young naive woman, who knows little about cars, I easily get coaxed into getting more work done than is actually needed on my car. I have been coming to progressive auto repair for 4 years and I can only say amazing things about the work they do and the service they give. I bought a used car, and have had no big expenses yet (since coming to them). Probably because I haven't been told to do something unnecessary yet. I have been doing my Masters in a different city and make an effort to drive out of my way to come back to this shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone, with great knowledge of cars, or like myself, someone who knows little and could easily get tricked into some big bills. Great company!

About a week ago, i noticed that someone / something had side scraped the right rear fender and bumper on our 2019 Honda Civic.
Honda dealer forwarded us to this shop.
Booked an appointment, and when we arrived Patrick met us and inspected vehicle.
He suggested that he would try to buff out the damage first.
This he was able to do in less than 15 minutes and this was done for FREE. Barely noticeable now. I think ANY other shop would have just done an expensive repaint. HIGHLY recommend them!!

Very good staff. They listen, are patient, and get the job done to the customer's satisfaction. My family and I have been using this pharmacy you a year now and have been very pleased with the professional care shown by the entire staff. Plus, the building has a huge parking lot that always has space for your car and two exits and entrances that make it easy to come and go. During the winter, the lot and sidewalks are cleared and maintained. Well maintained building inside and out.
