Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.
