I highly recommend this shop and the wonderful owners, Carole and Bruce. Carole is warm, kind, and ascertained that we were well-cared for. She booked us on a Saturday morning at the last minute. Bruce fixed our transmission line in record time so we wouldn’t miss out on our holiday weekend. He advised us to wait until Monday morning to replace the ball joint and wheel bearing which saved us a few hundred dollars as most parts shops were closed on Saturday. They are friendly and professional.

Excellent service, I had my brakes done and new snow tires for a really good price. They check and fix my brake lights and new wiper, for extra service at no charge. They take very good care of me. Totally trustworthy, they even suggest how to save money, and only do what needed. they are getting all my work. Thank you Neverest, I feel safe on the road.

Had a sign fly into the side of my new truck in a parking lot put in a nice dent and a couple of scuffs. Took her into Matt couldn’t even tell the difference fair price work was fast solid guys only place I’d take my new truck or classic car too thanks again.?

My VW Golf would not start, so I had CAA give me a boost but since we are only in Collingwood for 1 more day, I was left to try to figure out what the issue was. I was called Import Auto Center and they were able to squeeze me in. They checked the car out and gave it a clean bill of health, and did not overcharge by replacing the battery or alternator which I was happy with. I appreciated them being able to get me in quickly and provided me with peace of mind. Thanks very much for your help.
