We had an opportunity to visit the show room for the first time and were quite well serviced. I believe Steve was our first contact, well we were so impressed we got our fire place serviced and a BARBQUE GAS was also purchased. The bbq was assembled, delivered the gas line hooked up. I would say this business understands service.

Great staff and service at Mike and Lori’s No Frills in Brighton. I would like to commend Sean for his outstanding service. I was looking for puff pastry today and there was none. Sean checked and it was on the back but he couldn’t get it until later. I told him I would get it tomorrow. I continued to shop and he found me and brought me the product! What service! Janbar has wired our new home and made several suggestions that has made our new home smarter. We had them back to wire our outdoor storage shed and spa and as usual the work was very well done and they showed up on time and completed the work promptly. I am confused by the "American" designation, since it is clearly German, right down to the delicious spaetzle and red cabbage. (You can only get the red cabbage if you ask, it isn't on the menu.)
The schnitzels are very good, with ample portions. (We have never tried the homemade desserts -- too full!) The meat is tender and set off well by the fine breading. My husband has tried every schnitzel on the menu, and has a hard time declaring a favourite - he enjoys them all.
The coffee is very good, the warm bun that comes prior to the meal is a nice treat. The service is usually very pleasant. A little more than a standard lunch in terms of cost, but worth it.

They did my oil and tires in a pretty decent amount of time. The guy who did was exceptionally courteous and eager to make my experience relaxed. I'd go there again any day.
I really have nothing bad to say about this place. It was quick, they were kind, and you get a free car wash token with every oil change.

Heat pump stopped working in Dec 2017. Went to two major companies in Trenton ontario.both charged me $100.00 and did nothing. They were more interested in selling me a new unit. I went to Brant and asked him for help. He came to my home and got the heat pump working well, He told me it was a good unit and suggested I go back in spring and he would give it a good check up. Brant is my place from now on.
