Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.

I contacted another company prior who "diagnosed" my A/C problem over the phone and wanted to have my unit replace without looking at it. They quoted me a high price for what they though was the problem and for a new
Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.
The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.

WE are very happy with the service. We had an issue with a heater/AC unit and with one phone call we were looked after like old friends. The service tech (Tyler) was quick to diagnose the problem and was very pleasant to deal with. The parts were order and the repair was made. Everything is great.
