Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!

After seeing how they treated our company fleet I began taking my car, then my children's cars there. Service us always fantastic and thorough but I also like that they don't push things into your bill. The other thing I've noticed over the several years I've known them is the familiar faces of the mechanics. They are long term and happy people. I highly recommend Holm's. ?

My Ford 6.0L diesel truck was not starting well, and had a lack of power. After being told horror stories from friends about expensive diesel repairs, I was surprised how quickly the guys figured it out and found the problem was a failing injection computer module. They had a replacement in stock, and after installation it started much better right away and the power was back as it should be.
Thanks to Landis and the boys for your help - now I can go on my holidays!

Wonderful dentist, very experienced. I needed a difficult procedure done (4 impacted wisdom teeth extractions) and he was very thorough in explaining everything to me. The procedure went super well and I've been going since! Also works wonders with the needle, I've never felt a thing! Also, his receptionist is very good at working with you to maximize your insurance benefits. I saved about $500 bucks!

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

Kadeem was very thorough and gave us an extremely detailed run down of the vehicle, as well as his honest opinion about it. Soni is an honest mechanic and does amazing work! I am coming to him for all of my auto repairs, oil changes and everything from now on! I fixed 6 spark plugs, 3 coils and a valve cover gasket. I can say that he does not try to rip you off or scam you. He is honest and does amazing work! I would STRONGLY recommend him to everyone. Gary and his team are very passionate about their job. They worked hard on identifying a very tricky issue with my car where a component failed without being visible on the computer. They worked late and took the car for a ride until it started to behave as I described.
They have used parts in their shop from dismantled Volvo-s and this is very useful for replacement or nailing down a faulty component.

Dr Thomas's dental team is amazing to say the least they were able to take in my friends daughters of 7 years old and help fix 4 of her teeth which were all infected , shes never been to his practice before and today was a blessing in disguise when you've been told by another practice in another town that they will have to extract her teeth all 4 of them on a child!
